• Missions

We support over 20 missionaries around the world who are involved in the work of fulfilling the Great Commission abroad. We are proud to be the sending church of the Ludwig family who are currently serving in Sunyani, Ghana, West Africa.

• Sunday School

The Sunday School classes are led by competent, caring, church members who faithfully invest their lives in order to edify and encourage you. Our goal is to show you how you can be more like Christ Jesus. The classes and material are age appropriate.

• Children’s Church

Children’s Church is led by faithful members of the church who are investing in the younger generation. It is held during the morning services for those who are ages 5-12. They are challenged with Bible verses, a Bible lesson, and a craft.

• Nursery

Nursery is available during the morning services. Each nursery worker is required to have a background check, and there are always two nursery workers who work together as a team. Nursery is for those who are ages 0-3 years old.

• Music Ministry

The Music Ministry is for those who desire to glorify the Lord with voice and instrument who follow the song leader. We are conservative in our music in both sound and conduct. Our desire at First Baptist Church of Prosperity is that our music and conduct reflect Biblical truth and prepares the heart for the message to follow.

• Visitation Ministry

The Visitation Ministry is for every born-again Christian in the church. It is not only just to fulfill the Great Commission and see people saved by the grace of God, but it is also to visit the sick, the widows, do follow-up visits, and reach out to new visitors of the church.

• Discipleship

The Discipleship ministry is designed for people who have only been saved a short time. Many weeks are spent rooting and grounding young Christians in the faith so that they can be knowledgeable, godly, productive members of the church. The hope is that this will build confidence in their walk and work for the LORD.
